Your Role

Anaplan is hiring a Delivery Assurance Architect. It is a business-critical position within our professional services function to be part of the Delivery Assurance at times this will require the need to re-direct a customer or team member in the most thoughtful way possible in order for them to have a smooth first implementation and solid foundation for the future. You will be required to support the execution and maintenance of Delivery Assurance KPIs among the team and in partnership with other leaders within the Americas, to ensure consistent customer outcomes, maintain delivery quality, and meet business objectives.

Your Impact

Building, executing, and reinforcing best practices across all implementations to ensure customer readiness, data readiness, solid solution design, build best practices, performance optimization, solution scalability, and usability for our customers. Using your spirit and tenacity to drive excellence throughout the entire customer lifecycle; ensuring the optimal solution, driving timely outcomes, contributing to on-budget implementations, and assisting with enablement, adoption, and expansion post-live.

Bringing together and collaborating cross-functionally to guide diverse teams comprised of customer resources, implementation partner resources, and Anaplan employees from project inception through go-live. Driving delivery of best practices, vision, mentorship, insights, and advice to a team of Anaplan Solution Architects, Model Builders, and Partners who are leading and working on several projects simultaneously. Focus on continual improvement of the Delivery Assurance motion, methodology, and approaches to improve efficiency via process, automation, and/or centres of excellence.

Spot and identify additional opportunities for customer adoption and expansion and bring this to the attention of the Delivery Leadership, Customer Success, and/or Sales organization promptly. Supporting weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cadence calls with various stakeholders reviewing the Delivery Assurance portfolio – specifically the implementation success factors, milestones, and engagement health; and outlining action plans to mitigate issues and risks. Actively supporting the development of new talent within the Delivery Assurance team as it grows, and the offering expands.

Your Qualifications

You must possess a successful track record as a Senior Solution Architect (or beyond), with at least 4 years of experience in a Professional Services delivery organisation implementing Anaplan or an equivalent EPM solution. Passion for solution design, building best practices for delivery, and supporting team members in project delivery, issue, and risk mitigation techniques. A customer services-orientated background, ideally with Enterprise Performance Management, Software Infrastructure Support, and/or multi-dimensional modelling (Anaplan platform expertise is strongly preferred). Experience with Agile methodology. Ability to constantly exceed SLAs and improve processes. Ability to scope and help team members scope client engagements at any level. Strong facilitation and negotiation skills. Strong client leadership skills with Executive Level communication experience. Travel (up to 25-50%) may be expected across the region to support active implementations.
