JOB PURPOSE
You will drive the execution and operational excellence, leveraging data and insights to enhance product visibility and shopper engagement online. You’ll develop best-in-class partnerships with external and internal stakeholders to achieve joint business objectives and exponential digital growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales & Growth Optimization: Drive Joint Business Plan (JBP) targets, focusing on revenue, Gross Merchandise Value (GMV). Monitor sales performance and ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.
- Launch and manage our brand presence on quick commerce platforms (e.g. GrabMart, LINE MAN) and D2C channels.
- Optimize product listings with compelling 7OAs, high-quality visuals, and descriptions to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Coordinate with marketing to run targeted campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal promotions tailored to each channel.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behaviour, and competitor activity—then turn insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure real-time inventory accuracy and fast fulfillment.
- Test and implement new tools, integrations, and automation to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
- Stay ahead of ecommerce trends, platform updates, and emerging sales opportunities.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a range of capabilities and attributes including, but not limited to:
- Min 2 years’ experience in Key Account Management, Omni channel is a plus.
- Experience with major retailers/marketplaces and executing Joint Business Plans (JBP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset for crafting engaging product content and promotional campaigns.
- Excellent coordination skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and logistics teams.
- A proactive, experimental approach—comfortable testing new ideas and iterating quickly.
