About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join our friendly and experienced team at Alloga UK, part of Cencora. This role sits at the heart of our operation, supporting healthcare customers and partners by making sure orders are processed accurately and queries are resolved smoothly. If you enjoy helping people, staying organised, and being part of a team that plays a real role in supporting UK healthcare, this could be a great fit.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling customer queries via phone and email, providing clear, professional support
- Processing customer orders accurately and within agreed timescales
- Working closely with warehouse, finance and internal teams to resolve issues
- Managing inboxes and keeping customers updated on order progress
- Producing routine reports and supporting customer account activity
Training will be provided; you’ll be supported by experienced colleagues and team leaders.

- Previous experience in customer service, admin or order processing (preferred, not essential)
- Confident communication skills, both written and over the phone
