Identify risks and issues within the portfolio RAID log, collaborating with Operational Risk teams to elevate self‑identified issues and track them through to resolution.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive executive‑level reporting packs and visually engaging dashboards for senior stakeholders using Power BI.
Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to provide real‑time insights into portfolio performance metrics for leadership review.
Ensure consistent data quality within Planview by working closely with project managers to uphold rigorous data standards across all reporting activities.
Support governance processes including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, minute‑taking, action tracking, and follow‑up on outstanding items.
