As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for managing production processes in your assigned area, ensuring their safety, optimal quality, and efficiency.
Key responsibilities of the role:- Provides essential technical support to production ensuring processes are efficient, safe, and compliant with quality standards, while driving productivity improvements, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Focuses on process optimization, workplace ergonomics, new product introduction, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Leads continuous improvement and structured problem-solving activities within an automated manufacturing environment, including robotic welding and handling systems, as well as complex hydraulic and pneumatic machinery.
- Supports the mechanical design and development of jigs and fixtures.
- Plans and delivers strategic engineering and operational projects.
- Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Experience in mechanical design.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Passion for innovation and personal development.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with strong technical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
