  • Script short-form content designed for social platforms
  • Create repeatable video and written content series that build brand recognition

Production - Filming & Editing

  • Capture high-quality video content in-office and on location
  • Direct founders, lawyers and team members on camera
  • Edit short-form video optimised for platform performance
  • Ensure content meets strong visual and production standards

Design & Visual Content

  • Design social graphics, carousels and motion assets
  • Maintain visual consistency with Lawhive brand guidelines
  • Produce simple animations and visual storytelling assets

Publishing & Performance Optimisation

  • Schedule and publish posts across social platforms
  • Write compelling captions aligned with Lawhive’s tone of voice
  • Monitor engagement and content performance
  • Run lightweight experiments and optimise based on insights

What You'll Bring

  • 3 years experience in social media, content creation or brand marketing
  • Proven experience creating high-performing short-form content
  • Experience owning both strategy and execution
  • Experience working in fast-paced startups or scale-ups preferred
  • Bonus: Experience targeting US audiences

Skills

  • You are:
  • Strategic – able to think about audience, positioning and growth
  • Creative – strong instincts for storytelling and content hooks
  • Technical – confident filming and editing content yourself
  • Design-literate – strong eye for layout, typography and visual style
  • Data-aware – comfortable analysing performance metrics

Tools Experience

  • CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar editing tools
