We’re looking for a Concierge Assistant to join our Concierge team at One Hyde Park.
Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional service to our residents and their guests
- Doorman duties
- Porter duties
- Valet parking duties
- Cover the Concierge desk when required
As a Concierge Assistant you will work on a 3 on, 3 off rotating shift basis of 12‑hour shifts, covering weekends, bank holidays and occasional night shifts.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid UK driving licence is essential (advanced licence preferred)
- Previous 5* hotel or residences experience
- A charming and outgoing personality with excellent manners and communication skills
- Efficient in multi‑tasking in high‑pressure environments
- Flexible availability
