You will play a key role in ensuring that our marketing communications and financial promotions meet regulatory requirements while supporting Invesco’s commercial objectives and high standards. You will work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Distribution, Legal, Risk, and Compliance, acting as a trusted adviser on financial promotions, cross‑border distribution rules, and regulatory change across EMEA.
Your responsibilities:
- Member of the EMEA Marketing & Distribution Compliance Team
- Review and approve financial promotions and marketing communications across EMEA
- Provide regulatory advice on cross‑border distribution rules in EMEA and globally
- Support strategic business projects with compliance input and challenge
- Deliver practical, solution‑oriented compliance advice to the business and management
- Analyse regulatory developments and assess their impact on marketing and distribution activities
- Collaborate with global compliance teams to enhance and improve marketing compliance processes
- Work closely with other EMEA Compliance functions on regulatory change and strategic initiatives
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance‑related projects
- Research regulatory topics and provide clear guidance to stakeholders
- Respond to internal compliance queries, escalating where appropriate
- Contribute to the production and maintenance of marketing compliance policies and procedures
- Support and collaborate with colleagues across the team
