Reporting directly to our Head of People, this role will be responsible for managing the entire Compensation & Benefits strategy and execution.
Who You Are:
- You have significant experience in Compensation & Benefits (8 years at least), and an in-depth knowledge of C&B practices, notably of the North American market.
- You have worked in a fast-growing and in an international environment.
- You are structured and thorough with strong attention to details and data accuracy.
- You are able to communicate efficiently and can make complicated concepts seem simple.
- You are fun and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team!
What You Will Do:
- Upgrade our C&B strategy (including equity) to attract and retain our talents, notably by benchmarking our practices with the best-in-class Tech companies.
- Update and maintain our compensation ranges according to our strategy.
- Manage our equity attributions.
- Ensure our Benefits’ competitiveness, while keeping Pigment’s strategy and stage in mind.
- Regular meetings and negotiations with Benefits providers, and handling relationships with them.
- Deploy & manage the annual increases’ process worldwide in the Pigment Application.
- Automate and optimize our C&B processes, campaigns & workflows.
- Participate in global projects such as budget definition, forecasts and ad-hoc analysis.
