You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring pricing, tenders, contracts, and commercial data are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time — enabling sales teams to succeed and customers to be supported seamlessly. What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and managing quotations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
- Investigating and resolving pricing discrepancies so customer orders can be invoiced without delay
- Responding to pricing and commercial queries from both internal stakeholders and external customers
- Maintaining and updating pricing information across commercial systems and SAP
- Supporting contract transitions and account changes, acting as a key contact for sales teams and customers
- Assisting with the coordination and submission of tenders, ensuring deadlines, governance, and audit requirements are met
- Keeping commercial databases clean, accurate, and fully auditable by archiving expired or inactive agreements
- Acting as a quality checkpoint for UK pricing requests, ensuring alignment with internal guidelines
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Commercial leadership to resolve issues efficiently
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and ways of working within the commercial function
- Supporting ad‑hoc projects that contribute to the wider commercial strategy
What you’ll bring:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Confidence working with large datasets and pricing information
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and pride in producing quality work
