We are seeking a proactive and commercially savvy Commercial Growth & Insights Manager to lead the optimization of our Strategic Partnerships and Affiliate business. In this role, you will harness data‑driven insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies that drive revenue and profitability. You will leverage your commercial acumen and influencing skills to shape and implement novel commercial strategies to maximise the impact of our campaigns. These strategies will also be implemented across the organization through development of new Commercial Playbooks.

Additionally, you will manage the business rhythm, ensuring seamless preparation for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews for senior stakeholders – this includes owning trading queries and commentary to teams outside SPA. You will oversee Trading Reporting, collaborating with stakeholders both within and outside the Strategic Partnerships and Affiliates (SPA) organization, and providing a mix of automated and manual performance reports and analyses. This role combines strategic thinking with analytical expertise to transform performance metrics into actionable recommendations, ensuring continuous improvement across affiliate marketing initiatives and broader business performance.

  • Impact Business performance Optimization
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards to track KPIs, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Analyze trends and patterns in business performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders; owning trading reporting, queries, and commentary as necessary to the highest levels of EG leadership and others.
  • Campaign Analysis and Synthesis
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on affiliate partnerships.
  • Conduct post‑campaign analyses to identify key learnings and actionable recommendations.
  • Work with commercial and finance teams to integrate insights into campaign planning and execution through developing Commercial Playbooks.
  • Analyze affiliate performance data to identify high‑performing partners and underperforming campaigns; suggesting and implementing optimizations to grow top‑ and bottom‑line performance.
  • Recommend strategies for expanding the network of partnerships and maximizing the organisation’s profitability.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with the Commercial teams (Business Development and Account Management), Operations, Finance, and Analytics teams to align on campaign goals and performance metrics.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams, ensuring that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in a Commercial Strategy, Marketing Analytics, or Senior Sales role (or similar).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. MBA a plus.
  • Proven experience with SQL.
  • Familiarity with Python and Claude Code highly desirable.
  • Experience within ecommerce or online affiliate marketing is highly desirable.
  • Business Acumen: A proactive, results‑driven mindset with a clear focus on driving profitability and growth.
  • Strategic Insight: Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Analytical mindset: Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets with precision and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Tableau.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at senior levels.
  • Cross‑functional leadership: Experience in managing cross‑functional projects and coordinating business review processes.
