We are seeking an experienced Client Development Associate (CDA) to drive early-stage sales activity, convert inbound interest into qualified opportunities, and develop a well-targeted pipeline across the UK & EMEA market. The successful candidate will sit within the Marketing function and collaborate closely with the Sales team — a role that requires both commercial acumen and a high degree of operational discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough command of Intapp’s products, value propositions, and ROI frameworks — sufficient to conduct credible, consultative conversations with senior buyers at law firms, accounting practices, and consulting organisations.
  • Manage the early stages of the sales cycle, including securing meetings, attending industry events, coordinating web demonstrations, and ensuring timely follow-up on all inbound and marketing-generated leads.
  • Improve the quality of CRM data through active research — including scanning industry news, desk research, and direct outreach to confirm prospect characteristics, identify key contacts, and surface compelling events across the UK and EMEA region.
  • Maintain CRM data to a high standard, ensuring opportunities, target accounts, and key contacts are current, accurate, and actionable.
  • Produce regular reports and analyses to provide the team with clear visibility of pipeline health and lead velocity across the region.
  • Support the design and execution of targeted campaigns and events relevant to the professional services community, including prospect identification, registration management, logistical coordination, and on-the-day participation.
  • Serve as a point of coordination between field representatives and the wider sales and marketing support functions, ensuring the necessary inputs are secured in a timely manner to advance sales activity.
  • Apply AI tools purposefully across day-to-day responsibilities — including prospect research, outreach personalisation, pipeline reporting, and campaign support.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable sales or marketing experience — in either a field or inside-sales capacity — within a technology business, ideally with exposure to the legal, accounting, or consulting sectors and a consistent record of achievement against commercial targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with C-suite and partner-level buyers across a range of professional services organisations.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach: performance in this role is measured at the regional level and requires close coordination across functions.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different markets and stakeholders without loss of rigour.
  • A genuine interest in the professional services market, combined with a commitment to developing deep knowledge of client challenges and the competitive landscape across UK and EMEA.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with a disciplined approach to data accuracy and reporting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools, including the ability to apply them effectively in a professional context.
  • Prior experience working for or alongside legal, accounting, or consulting firms is considered a significant advantage.
