Hours: 40 per week with available overtime. Shifts - 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm and 11am-7pm. Once fully trained, the role will form part of the on-call rota for emergency calls out of core hours and at weekends.
Location: Mobile across Chichester and surrounding areas (Bognor Regis and Midhurst)

What you’ll be doing:
- Inspection and testing.
- Maintenance and repair of all building fabric, boiler maintenance, electrical works including fault finding and repair.
- Compliance with all company QHSE standards as a priority.
- Supervision/interaction with contractors.
- Daily meter readings and security checks.
- Update and adhere to the PPM schedule.
What we’re looking for:
- Electrically qualified (Minimum City & Guilds) with proven electrical maintenance experience.
- Must be able and willing to respond to callouts within the 30 minute contractual deadline.
- Basic plumbing skills and exposure to commercial building maintenance.
- City and Guilds 2391 (previously 2394 & 2395) Inspection and testing Qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety / IOSH Managing Safety.
