The role:
- As an HR Specialist, you will be a key member of the MyHR team, responsible for managing complex HR queries and escalations, while contributing to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Manage and resolve complex employee and manager queries with accuracy and care.
- Support the delivery of key HR programs, including onboarding, offboarding and benefits.
- Maintain data quality and lead compliance across HR systems (including Workday).
- Take an active role in HR projects and transformation initiatives.
- Drive and support automation and continuous improvement across HR processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and reduce issues.
This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys combining hands‑on HR case management with project work, problem‑solving, and driving real change in how HR services are delivered.
