As an Assistant Change Manager in our Secure Government division, you’ll be recognised equally for your contributions. Supported within multi-disciplinary teams, you’ll work closely with clients in an advisory role. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing structured support across a range of change activities.
- Helping clients understand, prepare for and adopt new ways of working.
- Coordinating analysis, engagement and delivery tasks.
- Gathering, documenting and communicating information accurately.
- Contributing to workshops and collaborative sessions.
- Creating supporting materials such as presentations, reports and artefacts.
- Tracking and reporting progress across workstreams and maintaining key delivery documents.
- Assisting in developing change products that support client outcomes and internal capability.
- Learning from experienced colleagues, building confidence and skills in change delivery.
- Playing a supportive, enabling role that contributes to overall project success.
About you:
- A foundation-level understanding of change management principles and delivery methods (e.g., stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, benefits awareness).
- Experience supporting communication and engagement delivery, including helping prepare messaging, coordinating engagement activities and contributing to clear, audience‑appropriate communications.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to support multiple workstreams.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
- Ability to facilitate or support workshops, meetings and collaborative sessions.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn from senior colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
- Analytical skills for gathering, interpreting and presenting information.
- Proactive approach to problem‑solving with support from senior team members.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Experience working in project environments (desirable).
