The Americas marketing team is seeking a highly strategic and inspirational Team Lead for our team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The Sales Development Team Lead will play a critical role in spearheading the overall performance of the Sales Development team to help us achieve our goals.

The selected individual must be based out of our Chelmsford, MA office. This is an in-office role with the flexibility to work remote one day.

What you’ll do here as Team Lead, Sales Development:

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives, providing them with ongoing guidance, mentorship, and feedback.
  • Implement sales development strategies and processes to improve lead qualification, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness of the team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to strategically align and ensure seamless lead handoff.
  • Analyze team performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to leaders and other stakeholders around the Americas.
  • Conduct regular coaching and training sessions to enhance the skills and productivity of the Sales Development team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales development, lead management, and leadership.
  • Act as a liaison between the SDR team and other departments to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Who are we looking for/Who are you?

  • Strong sales acumen, including the ability to identify and qualify leads, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Proven coaching abilities coupled with the desire to constantly develop the team members.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, including demonstrated self-awareness, self-regulation, social skills, empathy, and motivation.
  • Excellent teamwork, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues that have various skills, backgrounds, and working styles across multiple departments and geographies.
  • Gifted communication skills with the ability to balance openness, honesty, and professionalism.

We’d love to hear that you have/are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales/marketing experience in a B2B environment.
  • Experience managing or leading other team members, preferably comparable SDR teams.
  • Knowledge and experience within key platforms such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other common Sales Development tools.

Pay range:

The approximate pay range for this role is $100,000-110,000 OTE. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
