We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Sr. Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing & Marketing Operations team. This role is central to the day-to-day execution of our digital marketing efforts across the Americas region. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thrives at the intersection of creative coordination and data-driven execution. You’ll support our digital marketers/marketing organization by keeping our digital engine running smoothly - from social media and web content to analytics and project management. This is an on-site position based in Chelmsford, MA.
What you’ll do here as Sr. Digital Marketing Coordinator:
- Help prepare, schedule and review social media posts.
- Support our YouTube channel - including uploading videos, optimizing metadata, and performing regular content reviews and archival.
- Execute ongoing updates to pages on axis.com and support the development of landing pages.
- Conduct thorough checks - links, forms, mobile responsiveness, and translations - before any page goes live.
- Build UTM-tagged links for all digital campaigns and marketing activities.
- Own and maintain centralized UTM documentation to ensure consistent, reliable attribution.
- Pull and compile weekly and monthly performance reports from GA4, YouTube Analytics, social platforms, Google Ads, and Pardot/Salesforce.
- Analyze homepage performance across different banners, campaigns, and CTAs.
- Build and maintain a regional data knowledge base - including SOPs and benchmarks.
- Support campaign execution by maintaining project trackers and coordinating the collection and organization of creative assets needed for campaign launches.
- Track committed marketing expenses/support with the expense process.
- Support the Digital Marketing & Marketing Operations team with ad-hoc requests.
Who are we looking for/Who are you?
- A solid understanding of digital marketing channels and how they work together to drive results.
- Exceptional attention to detail - you’re the person who catches a broken link, a missing UTM, or a data inconsistency before anyone else does.
- Analytical curiosity; you don’t just pull reports, you look for the story behind the numbers.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball.
- Clear, proactive communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and time zones.
We’d love to hear that you have/are:
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing automation/CRM tools (Pardot and Salesforce).
- Proficiency in GA4 and comfort navigating native analytics on social and video platforms.
- Strong Excel skills for data manipulation, reporting, and visualization.
Target Salary: The approximate pay range for this role is $70K- $83K. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
