What will this role achieve? Will be able to carry out packing tasks and work well with others when packing and feeding biscuits, following all site requirements. Also need to be proactive with a positive attitude and committed to keeping high production standards while working as part of a busy team.

Key deliverables:

  • Manually pack products within specifications (includes bending, lifting, stretching)
  • Visually check for foreign matter / hazards
  • Ensure quality of biscuits being packed is within product specifications
  • Ensure adherence to all quality and safety standards
  • Work to a high standard, enabling plants to achieve planned output
  • Report any problems to Packing Supervisor
  • Ensure housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained
  • Support the Supervisors in the introduction and support of any improvement initiatives
  • Provide a coordinated link with all production processes on the line
  • Minimise Waste and recycle all product effectively

Bring your experience:

  • Basic numerical and literacy knowledge

Recruitment Process Assessments: Workplace English assessment. These should take around 15 - 20 minutes to complete. Interview – 30 minute competency-based interview based on our company values and your experience.
