Responsibilities
- Plan activity strategies: Develop annual and seasonal campaign plans by analyzing industry trends, business objectives and user behavior. Create comprehensive campaign blueprints with innovative engagement mechanics, clear goals and detailed execution plans to guide campaign development.
- Coordinate campaign execution: Align cross‑functional teams including procurement, sales, product and R&D to manage campaign elements such as merchant recruitment, product selection and page development. Oversee end‑to‑end implementation to ensure on‑time launch, goal achievement and improved user engagement.
