The Job
As part of the E&D Foundations – Common Framework development group, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the functional core utilised by several AVEVA products such as E3D Design, Engineering and Unified Engineering. You will work in a scrum team contributing to consistent delivery and modernization of our products’ extensive feature set.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement functional features as per Product Owner requests.
- Analyse, investigate and debug issues found both internally (by the team) and externally (by customers).
- Drive quality throughout our product by taking the initiative on automated testing, architectural refactoring, and communal best practices.
- Demonstrate sound decision making on individual and team workloads to ensure timely delivery.
Desired Experience
- Confidence in one (or more) of the following languages: C++, Fortran, C#.
- Comfortable with source control systems (GIT) and automated build pipelines (Azure DevOps).
- Practices Agile and Scrum methodologies.
