The Product Executive is responsible for gaining expertise in their given product area, developing a deep understanding of the technology and the customer use cases that it solves. They must support the Director(s) of Product in delivering value to customers by taking on the operational tasks needed to ensure smooth delivery of new products and features. This is a hybrid role, and the expectation would be to work at least 2 days a week in the Cambridge office.

What will I be doing:

  • Working closely with developers and technical leads to stay up to date with the latest product features and fixes
  • Proactively testing new features ahead of release and providing feedback to the engineering team
  • Assisting in release planning and administration efforts, understanding product priorities and ensuring relevant work is progressing
  • Liaising with the Product Marketing team on the latest updates and messaging
  • Assisting in the creation and delivery of product enablement materials

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate exceptional communication and team collaboration skills, along with either a strong interest in or prior experience in product management or a product-focused role. You will also be expected to demonstrate the following:
