As a Product Content Manager, you will work within the Darktrace R&D department to coordinate technical documentation and technical information requests. You will support a team of technical authors and Darktrace product information specialists to ensure our customers, partners, and the wider Darktrace community have the resources they need to succeed.

Successful candidates will learn to identify knowledge sources and build product awareness, cultivate working relationships with subject matter experts, and communicate answers clearly and accurately. This is a hybrid role, with compulsory attendance of 2 days a week in the Cambridge office.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling incoming product and technical questions from customer-facing teams, and coordinating with stakeholders to produce accurate responses.
  • Maintaining approved technical answers in a centralized database as product functionality evolves.
  • Coordinating change requests for product documentation, balancing accuracy, relevance, and priority.
  • Reviewing technical documentation, video scripts, and other resources to ensure clarity and alignment with product feature set.
  • Ad-hoc project work related to technical releases, innovative projects, and localization of content.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear messaging.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
  • Confidence managing and coordinating requests across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Curiosity and confidence to engage with technical experts and ask the right questions.
  • Ability to tailor communication for a range of audiences, from engineers to end-users.

  • Experience in project coordination or process management.
  • Exposure to technical documentation, knowledge management, or SaaS/product environments.
