This role will join the Pricing & Market Access team in driving Mundipharma’s pricing and tendering analytics & capabilities. This critical role shapes Mundipharma’s asset strategies and influences the commercial success of its portfolio. The role involves developing and implementing pricing and tendering analytics and insights capabilities, as well as establishing a value-based pricing & tendering approach and stakeholder engagement that reflect the value of Mundipharma’s assets, ensuring internal alignment and successful external stakeholder engagement to enable patient access to medicines and commercial success.

The role scope will focus primarily on Mundipharma growth brands and established brands. Growth brands such as Rezzayo, Anerem and Foquest, Substitol, Nyxoid and Medifoam require a combination of support with launch, and geographic expansion, whilst the mature brand focus will be on growth and value retention. Occasional support for business development and licensing activities is also required.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of value-based pricing and tendering strategies to maximize patient access and commercial success.
  • Own and manage global pricing governance, processes, and frameworks to ensure consistent, value-driven decision-making.
  • Build and enhance pricing and tendering analytics capabilities, turning insights into actionable strategies for country-level execution.
  • Set a strategic roadmap for continuous improvement of pricing and tendering systems and processes.
  • Maximize product value through innovative pricing models that align with patient and healthcare system outcomes.
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement tools and frameworks to support product launches and geographic expansion.
  • Coach and mentor teams on pricing, tendering, contracting, and payer value recognition to drive local market excellence.
  • Design and deliver strategic account management and negotiation training to enhance in-country execution.
  • Influence cross-functional global teams, integrating payer and market access perspectives into commercial strategies.
  • Act as a thought leader and industry representative, building networks with payers, HTA bodies, and external experts.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree within science, pharmacy, finance, business economics, health economics or equivalent / MSc degree on relevant scientific discipline.
  • Proven experience in a multinational pharma company.
  • Strong Pricing Governance expertise.
  • Experience in both launch of new products and mature/established brands portfolio would be advantageous.
  • Experience across multiple products of portfolio.
  • Extensive Global Network: Strong connections with external payer experts, vendors, and pricing specialists supporting all lifecycle activities from value discovery to retention.
  • Analytical and Strategic Planning: Exceptional analytical skills, strategic planning abilities, and an innovative mindset, capable of integrating factual.
  • Expert Knowledge in Pricing and Financial Modelling: Profound understanding of global healthcare pricing principles, financial modelling, and the decision-making processes of governments worldwide.
  • External stakeholder engagement: Can identify, differentiate and engage a variety of key payer stakeholders and network above country/across Regions.
  • A valued partner to global influencers and stakeholders, able to understand payer needs.
  • Track record of supporting successful local P&R negotiations leading to successful outcomes across a range of geographies.
  • Economic Reasoning and Pricing Strategy: Proficiency in economic reasoning to analyze asset pricing, international reference pricing dynamics, and brand expansion, selecting appropriate methods for robust pricing strategies.
  • Global Reimbursement and HTA Expertise: In-depth knowledge of global reimbursement processes, strong understanding of HTA principles in key markets, and a proven track record of leading global payer-facing programs.
