We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Health & Safety Operations Manager to join our Workplace Experience team. This role will be responsible for operationalising the global health and safety strategy developed by our Centre of Excellence, ensuring consistent implementation across all regions and workplace environments. The successful candidate will act as the key interface between strategic direction and local execution, embedding best practices, driving compliance, and fostering a culture of safety and wellbeing across our global portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Translate global health and safety strategy into actionable plans and processes across all sites.
- Implementation & Integration: Collaborate with regional facilities teams and service partners to embed health and safety protocols into daily operations.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local regulations and global standards, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and track KPIs aligned with health and safety outcomes, reporting regularly to leadership.
- Incident Management: Lead incident response protocols, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential requirements
- Partnerships: Working with JLL H&S leadership to align across the partnership model on all actions and H&S operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Training & Culture: Support the rollout of training programmes and initiatives that promote a proactive safety culture.

- Proven experience in a global health and safety role, ideally within a facilities or workplace function.
- Strong understanding of international H&S regulations and operational best practices.
- Experience working within a matrixed organisation and integrating global strategies at a local level.

Hybrid working
By default, employees are expected to be in their local AVEVA office three days a week, but some positions are fully office-based. Roles supporting particular customers or markets are sometimes remote.
