Reporting to the Assembly & Test Engineering Manager, you’ll be a key member of the Manufacturing Engineering Test & Support team. This is a hands‑on, impactful role supporting current products and helping bring the next generation of electronic modules into high‑volume production.

  • Support and improve manufacturing test systems for existing and new electronic products
  • Play an active role in introducing next‑generation modules, automation, robotics, and test solutions
  • Diagnose and resolve test system and product failures using structured fault‑finding approaches
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing to meet production schedules, quality targets, and customer commitments
  • Drive yield improvement and continuous improvement initiatives across test and production
  • Produce clear, data‑driven reports and occasionally work directly with customers
  • Promote best practices in quality, ESD awareness, safety, and operational excellence

Requirements/Qualifications

  • HNC / HND in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering (or a closely related discipline)
  • 2-3 years’ post‑qualification experience preferred, but motivated graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong hands‑on fault‑finding skills with electronic systems and test equipment
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently, and confident applying engineering judgement
  • Clear communicator, comfortable sharing technical knowledge and supporting others
  • Organised and adaptable, able to prioritise work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
  • Practical experience with test systems, automation, or programming (e.g. C, Visual Basic) is an advantage

Desirable Experience

  • Robotics or robotic arms in a test or manufacturing environment
  • Automated handlers and test integration
  • Wafer handling or semiconductor test environments
