Broughton House is a 29 bed specialist residential service for adults with severe learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.
We are currently recruiting full time Support Workers with a passion for delivering outstanding care who are looking to make a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care. You’ll be working 42 hours a week, covering 12hrs shifts on a rolling 2 week rota following the below shift pattern:
- Week 1 – Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun (7.45am to 7.45pm)
- Week 2 - Wed, Thurs (7.45am to 7.45pm)
Due to the remote location of the service and lack of public transport, applicants must be a driver or have own means of transport. Please note: We do not offer Sponsorship for this role and you must have over 12 months remaining on your current visa to be considered.
