We currently have a number of requirements now and throughout the year for eager and committed team members for our Composites Laminator manufacturing teams. Full training will be provided.
With an orderbook extending out into the next decade, we are looking for you to join our team as a Composite Laminator. You will play a crucial role in the production of composite parts used in the aerospace industry. To excel in this role, you should possess the following attributes:
- An ability to learn and understand our processing techniques and materials used in the process, including learning the correct lay‑up of pre‑impregnated glass/carbon into mould tools, vacuum bagging, and resin infusion techniques.
- You will have precision, attention to detail and take pride in being able to follow complex technical drawings and specifications accurately, ensuring that every product meets the highest quality standards.
- You will have excellent hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity, enabling you to perform intricate tasks with precision and care.
- Challenges and unexpected issues will motivate you to find effective solutions and you will have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems, to support the smooth production processes.
