Business Development – Workplace Pensions
Salary: TBC, depending on experience
Bonus: Quarterly bonus structure
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 35 hours per week
Location: Brighton, East Sussex (remote / hybrid working possible)
About the role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Workplace Pensions professional to join a rapidly growing employee benefits team. The company is extremely well respected in the industry, having won multiple awards and being frequently quoted in leading newspapers, such as the Financial Times and The Independent. The focus of the role is on generating new pension business. You will work closely with the firm’s risk and healthcare consultants to cultivate referrals and the general insurance arm of the business. Attend industry events that we are attending to develop leads for the business. The company already provides workplace pension advice and has an established proposition.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience advising / business development with corporate clients on workplace pensions, preferably within a benefits consultancy
- Strong new business experience as this is the main part of the role
- Passed a relevant exam with the CII or PMI
- Commitment to continuous learning and development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
