Ecolab is seeking a Brand Protection Advisor to join its EcoSure division, an industry leader in brand protection programs, to drive operational excellence and help our clients grow their business. Our associates are valued experts in brand standards, guest experience, food safety, public health, workplace safety, and product quality. EcoSure clients include top brands in the hospitality industry including foodservice and hotels, as well as convenience stores, facilities, and long-term care. What You Will Do:
- Conduct a variety of brand protection visits at client locations using a foundation of consulting, coaching, and training to meet the unique expectations and program requirements of the clients and help protect their brand and delight their guests.
- Effectively develop and deliver summary presentations of findings to key property level executives including accurately communicate objective assessments of each assigned location, areas of improvement and recommendations.
- Partner with other EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges.
- Complete a budgeted number of visits each week, delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology to ensure efficient planning as well as a tablet to perform essential job functions.
- Support the growth initiatives of our company and our clients.
Position Details:
- Candidate must reside within a commutable distance of London.
- Percent of overnight travel required: Up to 50%.
- Must be able to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
- You may be required to be around, touch and potentially consume food made from or with animal products. Additionally, you will be required to be around, touch and potentially consume food made from or with the top allergens.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Food hygiene level 4 certificate.
- Health & Safety level 3.
- High school diploma and 2+ years of hospitality industry-related experience.
- Willingness to complete operational visits within hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, the education sector, healthcare, and senior living facilities by interacting with staff and residents.
- Proficiency with current technology and other programs, including, but not limited to Android and Apple systems, Zoom, Microsoft Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A valid driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Valid in-date Passport.
- No Immigration Sponsorship available.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
- Ability to inspect client playgrounds by climbing, crawling in tight areas and going down tube slides.
- Bending, squatting, shifting and adjusting movement to assess areas low to the ground and above the head.
- Standing and walking for extended periods of time in client locations.
- Driving/flying to client locations as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary, hospitality or business fields.
- Multilingual.
- Leadership experience in hospitality operations.
- High level customer service and advanced consultative skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, juggle tasks and work efficiently against deadlines.
- Strong planning and organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively without supervision, show initiative, good judgment, and superior decision-making and problem-solving skills.
