Brand Manager - Architecture & Activation (FTC until July 2026)

Location: Chiswick, London (hybrid working approach)
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic development and execution of brand architecture and activation initiatives to enhance brand equity and market presence.
- Lead Packaging Restage for Royal Salute – Core & High‑End Collection (HEC)
- Support artwork finalization, proofing, and roll‑out for key Core Range and HEC SKUs as part of the new S&R giftbox deployment.
- Coordinate development of new Royal Salute Core and HEC Packaging Guidelines.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Develop global assets to support the High‑End Collection restage
- Lead development and delivery of the refreshed global brand toolkit for the HEC.
- Partner with creative agencies, internal teams, and procurement to brief, review, and deliver high‑quality assets.
- Manage production of digital and physical assets, ensuring timely delivery, cost‑effectiveness, market relevance, and compliance with A&P ratio guidelines.
- Safeguard brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring all materials embody Royal Salute’s renewed brand world.
- Drive NPD & Global Toolkit Development for new Polo Edition
- Create and deliver full global brand toolkit.
- Partner with agencies and stakeholders to brief, shape, and develop new Polo thematic campaign.
- Oversee production, ensuring quality, efficiency, alignment with market needs, and adherence to A&P ratio guidelines.
- Guarantee full consistency with Royal Salute’s brand world across all channels and markets.
- Support Royal Salute Single Cask Programme
- Artwork development, proofing, and rollout.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams, markets, and external partners for a premium, coherent, and timely programme.
Qualifications
- Experience in brand management, marketing execution, or product development within a consumer goods or lifestyle brand environment.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for brand storytelling, consumer engagement, and delivering high‑quality brand experiences.
