We’re looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join our team in Bradford on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, with two days in the office and three days working remotely each week. In this role, you’ll manage a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated defendant matters across multiple workstreams, playing a key role in delivering high-quality legal services while supporting service innovation and business growth.
Your caseload will span Employers Liability, Public Liability, Road Traffic Accidents, Property Damage, and Consumer Litigation, working within a collaborative team of Solicitors and Paralegals. What will you be doing?
- Manage a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated defendant claims, including Multi-Track matters
- Collaborate with Paralegals and Team Managers to effectively manage, allocate, and progress cases
- Deliver clear, pragmatic legal advice and consistently high levels of client service
- Meet and exceed agreed KPIs and SLAs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Support reporting and insight generation using tools such as Power BI and PowerPoint
- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes, efficiency, and internal processes
- Contribute to the development of legal precedents, processes, and best practice
- Support and mentor junior colleagues where appropriate
- Play an active role in business growth, stakeholder engagement, and service development

- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with Litigation Practice Rights
- Minimum 1 year PQE
- Strong litigation experience with a solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), including Multi-Track cases
- Commercial awareness with a strong client focus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships
Desirable
- Experience within telecommunications or utilities
- Exposure to business development or client growth initiatives
- Interest in legal technology and innovation
