The Talent Management Processes and Culture Advisor reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Management Processes and Culture. They are responsible for implementing organizational development strategies including:
- Talent management
- Performance management
- Employee engagement
- Retention
- Succession pipeline and data analytics
- Leadership development
- Culture initiatives and course facilitation
They will partner with the stakeholders across the business and the People Team and manage external vendors to ensure effective OD, Talent Management, Culture and Learning initiatives. Under the direction of the Sr Manager Talent Management Processes and Culture, and in partnership with the Talent Strategy Partners and People Partners, implement talent management processes, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement and M&A surveys, culture and learning initiatives. Implementation may include but is not limited to Talent & Performance Management and Employee Listening Strategy.
Aligning with Talent Strategy Partners, design and develop resources and communications to support the enterprise-wide Talent Review, Succession Planning and Performance Management processes. Partner with Talent Strategy and People Partners to ensure actions are taken as a result of Talent Reviews with high potential talent and successors. Partner with Talent Acquisition to increase high potential talent mobility and opportunities. Reviewing talent analytics to identify opportunities in retention strategies, talent gaps and succession. Ensuring key leadership behaviors and values are embedded within talent and performance management processes and programs.
Drive engagement and employee lifecycle surveys, develop and promote employee engagement resources and leverage survey data analytics to create actionable insights for key stakeholders. Serve as a thought partner to the Talent Strategy Partners on Talent Management/OD initiatives. Support and leverage the use of talent and leadership assessment and development tools, including 360 assessments and Executive Coaching engagements for our leaders. Design, develop, facilitate and implement global Culture Reinforcement initiatives such as the Culture Workshops and culture resources, as well as Culture Connect platform updates and promotion. Design, develop and implement Team Effectiveness resources and initiatives. Facilitate Global Learning Programs e.g. Zebra Foundations Orientation Program, Inclusive Leadership, Leadership Essentials. Thought partner to the Global Learning Team on Leadership Programs as appropriate e.g. Leadership Essentials.
Capabilities to be deployed are, but not limited to, program and project management, adult learning strategy, content development, data analysis, written and verbal communication. Promote and educate on Employee Learning initiatives through learning platforms and advocate 70/20/10 learning model.
Participate in global Talent Management Inclusion and Learning (TMIL) or projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of relevant experience including 6+ years of Organizational Development, Learning, Talent Management or Human Resources experience
- Proven Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work with any level of business resources
- Strong Facilitation, Consulting, Communication, Coaching and Influencing levels across organizational levels and geographies
- Demonstrated ability to engage and effectively interact with employees and senior leaders
- Excellent multi-tasking, organization, time management and presentation skills
- Strong Project Management skills
- Strong Collaboration skills
- Strong Computer skills
- Customer/client focused, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members across functions and business groups

Incentive Compensation
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
