As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead for our Manufacturing and Supply Chain function, you will hold a visible, high-impact leadership role at the heart of our regional talent strategy. This strategic leadership role blends people leadership, business partnering and project management to maximise how we attract, engage and hire world-class talent with an engaged and motivated high-performing team.
How you will contribute
- Business Partnering
- You will serve as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, embedding TA deeply into business decision-making.
- Functional Business Partner – act as a visible and trusted talent advisor to key leaders, understand strategic workforce priorities, anticipate hiring needs and co-create talent strategies that directly support business objectives; use data to shape the agenda and advocate for business feedback.
- Talent Pipelining and Planning – lead the maintenance of functional pipelines, ensuring alignment to business requirements and delivery on plan.
- Reporting – build, generate and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Drive Hiring Manager Capability – equip leaders with tools, training and confidence to be effective partners in the recruitment process; lead Licence to Recruit training for leaders and hiring teams.
- Manage Expectations Proactively – provide regular transparent updates on recruitment activity, pipeline health and market conditions, keeping stakeholders informed and confident in delivery.

- Represent the UK & ITA Team as a visible, vocal representative – share updates and initiatives with broader people and TA forums.
