Your role involves fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Global Marketing and Communications community, with confidence in reviewing and challenging creative work. You will oversee the delivery of marketing projects, from initial brief to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Collaboration with the Account, Project, and Resource teams is essential to ensure seamless execution.

- Liaising regularly with clients to keep them updated on progress, manage expectations, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Working closely with creative, digital, and production teams to align on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensuring clear communication and collaboration across all teams.
- Anticipating potential issues and proactively offering solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Acting as a mediator when challenges arise, balancing client needs with team capabilities.
- Providing regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams on project progress, performance metrics, and outcomes.

About you:
- Previous experience in Project Management within a creative agency, marketing agency, or in-house marketing team.
- Proven experience in delivering a range of marketing projects, from small-scale initiatives to large, multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
- Solid project management skills, including experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a willingness to work across multiple time zones, including occasional late working in response to an urgent deadline.
- Demonstrated ability to assess, refine, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent team player with experience working collaboratively across creative, digital, and production teams.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in French would be an asset but is not essential.
