We’re looking for a Learning & Development Lead who’s passionate about translating business strategy into powerful learning experiences that fuel our Grow Every Day culture and drive People Manager Excellence across our European region.

This role sits within our European Capability team, reporting to the Europe Capability Lead. You will lead diverse learning initiatives across the region with focus on leadership development – driving project delivery and implementation at scale, connecting what’s available through our global Centers of Excellence with the strategic priorities emerging from the region. This role is key to maintaining a cohesive, joined‑up approach to capability across Europe.

How you will contribute

You’ll join a global snacking powerhouse with iconic brands, a culture that celebrates growth, and a team that believes great leaders are made – not born. Here, your work directly shapes how thousands of colleagues develop, lead, and thrive. You will:

  • Translate business priorities into actionable learning roadmaps through needs assessments, gap analyses and innovative methodologies to enhance effectiveness and engagement.
  • Partner with People Leads and Global Talent teams to design high‑impact leadership programs in service of critical needs and integrate AI solutions that transform how our leaders grow and succeed.
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery and facilitation of leadership development initiatives across the European region.
  • Manage logistics, engage and upskill facilitators, and ensure exceptional learner experiences.
  • Apply clear metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, demonstrate ROI, and provide regular, insightful reporting and analysis to leadership, translating learning data into actionable insights.
  • Build strong partnerships and influence cross‑functional and geographically dispersed teams, gaining buy‑in for learning initiatives, acting as a trusted subject‑matter expert and strategic advisor ensuring integrated and aligned capability approach.
  • Create compelling communication plans and assets to raise engagement, understanding, and adoption of leadership development initiatives across the organization.
  • Champion, coach and facilitate team‑effectiveness interventions in service of High Performing Teams.
  • Continuously monitor and integrate external best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative, competitive, and impactful.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FMCG business with a focus on learning and development.
  • Leadership Development Expertise – deep knowledge of leadership models, competency frameworks, and assessment methodologies that drive behaviour and performance shifts.
  • Strategic Thinking – demonstrated experience connecting learning initiatives to business goals, anticipating capability needs, and bringing an outside‑in perspective on learning trends.
  • Exceptional Facilitation & Presentation Skills – proven track record of facilitating dynamic and engaging sessions across large and diverse audiences, leveraging adult learning principles that unlock key mindset shifts.
  • Strong and creative communicator – proven ability to create multi‑format communication assets (presentations, toolkits) and deliver compelling messages across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Collaboration & Influence – strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical & Tech Savvy – strong analytical skills and learning technology proficiency (including Workday) to interpret data, inform decisions and optimise learning experiences.
  • Language – fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus.
