A day in the life:
- Lead and coordinate marketing activities on new and renewal business.
- Support Producers in sales activities.
- Provide consultative client support.
- Identify needs, offer recommendations, negotiate, respond to RFPs.
- Participate in prospect meetings.
- Lead mid‑year reviews.
- Collaborate with national leadership on LOB strategy.
- Mentor other account service team members.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or relevant experience.
- 8‑10 years of relevant insurance industry experience.
- Property and casualty insurance license.
- Strong knowledge in shared and layered property programs.
- Extensive knowledge of markets, policies and coverage issues for all states and industries serviced.
- Organizational skills to plan and prioritize team workload, and oversee application of workflows and procedures.
- Leadership skills and service/team orientation to provide direction, praise, constructive feedback and development to employees to maximize productivity and team morale.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients, market contacts, and teammates.
- Strong persuasion skills and tact to negotiate and acquire commitments or payments, and motivate staff.
- Discretion and problem‑solving skills to analyze client information, proposal competitiveness, and resolve client, market and employee relations problems.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel overnight.
