We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) function within our key UK&I geography, overseeing the entire plan-to-cash spectrum. This pivotal role empowers you to define, orchestrate, and deliver strategic targets across service excellence, financial performance, cost optimization, quality assurance, and safety, all in alignment with our ambitious CS&L vision.

As the Head of CS&L, you will:

  • Architect and Execute Strategy: Develop and champion a comprehensive strategy to optimize financial performance (cash, cost) and elevate service levels across daily operations and critical projects (e.g., innovation launches, productivity initiatives, supply network redesigns).
  • Cultivate High-Performing Talent: Inspire, recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent, building a robust leadership pipeline for critical positions within your function.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture powerful collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Supply Chain teams) and external partners (customers, third-party providers) to ensure seamless execution and shared goal attainment.
  • Leverage Integrated Business Planning: Drive business goal achievement through the strategic and effective utilization of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
  • Define Operational Gold Standards: Establish and enforce world-class logistics service operational guidelines, parameters, and service level agreements for all local third-party providers.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead the charge for process and performance excellence, continuously identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization across all CS&L domains – from demand & supply planning to order-to-cash.
  • Drive Integration & Agility: Spearhead the master plan for integration, fostering enhanced organizational agility and seamless operational execution.
  • Innovate Supply Chain Solutions: Define and implement a sophisticated portfolio segmentation strategy to deliver differentiated and tailored supply chain solutions that precisely meet diverse channel and customer demands.
