The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering a first‑class in‑store experience and supporting the growth of our iconic brands.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
- Acting as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in‑depth product knowledge
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with customers
- Outfit building and making product recommendations
- Assessing customers’ needs and providing assistance and information on product features
- Driving store KPIs and suggesting ways to improve
- Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organization issues are addressed in an appropriate manner
Qualifications
- Previous track record in hospitality or retail
- Effective communicator who collaborates to win
- Ability to inspire trust and recognize and celebrate the contributions and achievements of others
