How you will contribute to the team:

You will serve as the primary steward of product integrity, ensuring all components departing our facility strictly adhere to international aerospace standards. Your responsibilities will involve interpreting complex customer specifications and leading cross-functional teams to resolve non-conformances through robust corrective action. You will hold a central position within our Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes, providing critical oversight and quality assurance from the initial design stages through to final delivery.

About you:

  • Experienced Professional: Strong background within a manufacturing or engineering function, practical expertise.
  • Technical Expert: Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing and assembly techniques – including planning, procurement, tools – ensuring quality is integrated into every stage.
  • Compliance Minded: Solid grasp of quality tools and technical documentation; experience with aerospace standards such as AS9100 is advantageous but not mandatory.
