DisplayNote is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow ARR by selling Launcher and Montage into enterprise meeting rooms. You will own the full sales cycle, prospecting, qualification, demo, commercial negotiation, close, and you will help shape how DisplayNote sells direct into the enterprise segment. This is a role for someone who genuinely loves the craft of sales.

About DisplayNote: DisplayNote is the Experience OS for shared meeting and learning spaces. Our products (Launcher and Montage) are embedded in displays from leading OEMs and deployed in enterprise meeting rooms worldwide. We are growing our direct enterprise motion alongside our established channel and OEM business.

Why this role matters: Enterprise meeting rooms are the next chapter of our growth story. The person in this seat will be central to proving the motion, shaping the playbook, and scaling the team behind them.

What you will own:

  • Pipeline: Generate qualified pipeline against an enterprise meeting room ICP. You will not wait for leads to land in your inbox.
  • New ARR: Hit and exceed a quarterly new business quota for Launcher and Montage in enterprise.
  • Closing: Run disciplined, multi-stakeholder commercial cycles and close them.
  • Lead indicators: Build and maintain the activity, pipeline coverage and conversion metrics that predict the number, and act on them weekly.
  • Strategy: Bring a creative, strategic view to account planning, segmentation and how we position against competitors.
  • Voice of the market: Feed competitive intelligence, pricing reality and product gaps back into the business.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar enterprise BDM or AE role. Non-negotiable. We need someone who can step in and operate from day one.
  • A genuine love for the craft of sales: discovery, framing, objection handling, closing.
  • A strong closer with a track record of hitting quota.
  • Creative and strategic thinker who can build a point of view on an account.
  • Values prospecting. Believes that lead indicators drive lag results.
  • Fantastic communicator of ideas: written, verbal, in front of a room.
  • Pragmatic. Knows when to push, when to compromise, when to walk away.
  • Embraces AI in the workflow.

Why work with us:

  • Exciting, Impactful Work: Contribute to innovative products that help people share ideas and collaborate more effectively across the globe. Your work will make a real difference.
  • Collaborative Culture: Be part of a supportive, fun and friendly team where boldness, innovation, passion, and accountability guide everything we do.
  • Work Your Way: We trust you to get the job done. Enjoy the freedom to shape your schedule, with hybrid or remote working options to keep life in balance.
  • Learning & Growth: Keep growing with access to training, learning resources through the Volaris network, and the chance to work alongside some seriously talented people.
  • Recognition & Rewards: We love celebrating wins, big or small. From appreciation programs and shout-outs to fun company events, we make sure great work gets noticed (and celebrated!). We also reward performance through annual compensation reviews, bonuses, and a competitive commission structure.
