In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador on counter – delivering personalised service, sharing your skincare expertise, and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service at all times.
- Provide expert advice across skincare, colour and fragrance, with a strong focus on skincare.
- Conduct consultations and perform RDSE services confidently and professionally.
- Drive retail sales and consistently work towards individual and team targets.
- Engage customers through product demonstrations, storytelling and tailored recommendations.
