About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is expected to take the lead in all Linde sales activities. To excel in this role, the successful applicant will proactively promote all Linde products to our customers and prospective SME clients.

Responsibilities
- Develop sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow‑ups
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
- Answer customers’ questions, resolve their concerns, and provide additional information via calls and emails
- Explain and demonstrate the functions and features of products and services
- Maintain and improve the database of prospects
- Research new leads
- Keep up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
- Upsell products and services
- Achieve volume targets, market share, and coverage
- Qualify leads prior to them being forwarded to the relevant person/department
- Consistently update the CRM system at every customer contact point
Qualifications
