As an Associate Product Manager for Marketing Solutions, you will support the evolution of Global Blue’s marketing product portfolio, acting as a strategic connector between data, commercial, and creative teams. You will contribute to the development of new product features, ensure smooth campaign delivery across markets, and play a key role in continuous product optimisation. In this role, you’ll combine analytical thinking, product curiosity, and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance the efficiency, performance, and innovation of our marketing solutions. Your work will directly support our mission to deliver impactful, data‑driven campaigns that elevate results for our retailers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the definition and enhancement of product features using market trends, user feedback, and internal insights.
  • Contribute to the full lifecycle of marketing products: ideation, rollout, monitoring, and performance optimisation.
  • Participate in proof‑of‑concept initiatives to validate new ideas and drive innovation within the marketing solutions portfolio.
  • Contribute to the creation of a monitoring system for all marketing products to ensure performance consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Ideate and support A/B testing and experimentation activities to validate product hypotheses and campaign strategies.

Data Insights

  • Work closely with the Marketing Data Analyst to identify patterns and trends across campaigns and translate them into actionable product or campaign improvements.
  • Build a holistic understanding of cross‑campaign performance to identify opportunities for innovation and optimisation.
  • Support the Campaign Performance Expert in applying insights to design higher‑impact campaigns that improve engagement and conversion.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal teams – Data, Creative Services, Commercial – to ensure alignment between product strategy and campaign execution.
  • Contribute to presentations and workshops with Country Managers and Sales teams to demonstrate product value and capabilities.

Operational Excellence

  • Support the definition and optimisation of workflows for campaign delivery and product updates.
  • Ensure efficient coordination between teams during campaign launches and new product rollouts.
