Location: Pondicherry/ Amil

Eligibility: B. E or B. Tech in Mechanical/ Instrumentation/ Electrical with 3 -5 Years of Experience in Supply Chain, Project Execution, Engineering.

Job Description:

  • Working knowledge on construction safety, commissioning of equipment & monitoring and controlling leading & lagging indicators of safety.
  • Driving safety in execution on day to day activities.
  • To conduct in-detailed project scope study with factory team to understand their project needs to execute as per project network.
  • Experience in packaging machines and automated warehouses, ASRS is desirable.
  • Experience in commissioning of equipment, tanks, vessels, machineries, piping, steel structures.
  • To take complete ownership of the project and keep track of the application project blueprint, responsible for efficient project management.
  • Provide technical support to factories and manage stakeholders.
  • Knowledge & hands-on experience on project management and contractor management (Mechanical).
  • Experience on vendor management, BOM preparation, installation and commissioning at site and troubleshooting.
  • Must know basic problem-solving techniques like fish bone diagram, why why analysis and other objective analytical tools.
  • Ability to prepare & present complex technical data in insightful, succinct & professional manner using tools like MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and Power-BI.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and ability to interface between factory team and vendors/suppliers to ensure the proper requirements are understood and being met.
  • Experience of working with agile methodologies with diverse teams.
  • Experience in contractor management and workforce management at site is mandatory.
  • Willing to travel across HUL and associated contract manufacturing sites.
