Minimum starting salary: £27,723.87 per annum

Weekly Working Hours: Annualised hours, operating Mon-Sat with shifts ranging from 7.30 am – 6.00 pm (rota provided in advance)

Hours: Around 40 hours a week

A full UK Manual driving licence (Required)

Role and responsibilities

In our branches and out on the road, Technicians work to get every customer back on the road safely, moving again. You will be part of one team with one purpose – to make a memorable difference with care. We need more Technicians to join our team to help every customer go further. If you’re passionate about customer service, sales, enjoy solving problems, or simply love being around cars, this is the role for you. What makes a great Technician?

Technicians come from diverse backgrounds (retail, hospitality, logistics, driving roles and the motor industry). If you have good customer service and sales skills, you’ll fit right in. Whether you’re a school leaver or changing careers, what matters is that you’re self-motivated, great with people, and eager to learn. A full UK Manual driving licence (Required) and the right to work in the UK are essential. Our state-of-the-art tools and equipment are designed to help you lift and fit a screen safely and confidently.
