The AR Specialist will join the EMEAI Finance function of Authentic Brands Group, supporting the region’s licensing operations across its portfolio of Entertainment and Lifestyle brands. This role will support the end-to-end Accounts Receivable cycle across the EMEAI region, ensuring accurate billing, timely cash collection, strong financial controls, and effective stakeholder management. The AR Specialist will collaborate with finance, brand, legal, and other business teams, ensuring contractual compliance and accuracy of customers’ accounts.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of a high volume of sales invoices in accordance with contractual terms.
  • Review new contracts for data entry into financial systems.
  • Manage and oversee the letter of credit process with EMEAI customers, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Work closely with the EMEAI brand team regarding invoicing and collections matters.
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team for billing and revenue reconciliations.
  • Ensure customer account reconciliations are completed regularly and discrepancies resolved promptly.
  • Support the global AR team with their monthly reporting and month‑end tasks.
  • Ensure AR processes follow company and financial regulations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across the function.
  • Other ad hoc assignments.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 3+ years of AR or finance experience.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite desirable) and Excel.
  • Strong sense and understanding of compliance, contracts and financial controls.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ideally familiar with working on UK/US entities – banking, compliance.
