We are looking for a Construction & Modernization Supervisor to manage local installation operations in Southwest Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team on construction sites, especially with multiple subcontractors in the vicinity.
- Implement and monitor safety guidelines as a top priority.
- Provide learning opportunities for the team.
- Effectively manage schedules and track overall performance.
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
- Utilize knowledge of code requirements and building systems to guide the team.
- Work with general contractors and manage resources to support project success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction/modernization expertise.
- Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union‑represented workforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 7+ years of relevant working experience.

The hiring range for this role is $100,600–$131,985. The compensation package will depend on the candidate’s experience, certifications, and other factors.
