As an AI Technologist, you’ll play a central role in guiding customers through their AI and Data journeys. Working closely with Sales, Account Teams, and our AI Centre of Excellence & Execution (CoEE), you’ll help design tailored strategies that accelerate safe, responsible, and impactful AI adoption. This is a pre‑sales and enablement role, combining strategic thinking, customer engagement, and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead collaborative, strategic discussions with customers to shape their AI and Data roadmap.
- Identify opportunities where AI can have real-world impact — and co-create use cases that matter.
- Tell powerful stories that communicate the value of AI using demos, prototypes, and relatable business outcomes.
- Partner with sales teams to define AI‑driven solutions aligned with client goals.
- Develop and present industry-specific use cases with clear, measurable impact.
- Support proposals, solution scoping, and customer presentations.
- Ensure a smooth handover from strategy to delivery, building trust throughout the customer journey.
- Demonstrate both technical credibility and business insight, helping customers feel confident at every step.
- Stay on top of emerging AI trends, especially those shaping Aerospace and Defence.

- Knowledge of one or more key industries: A&D, Finance, Healthcare, Government, or Life Sciences.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, Data platforms, and Cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills - especially with senior leaders.
- Experience collaborating with both sales and delivery teams.
