Plaud AI is hiring UK Influencer / Creator Marketing Manager.
Location: London, Amsterdam
What You Will Do
- Creator Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and qualify creators across tech, business, productivity, healthcare, sales, and vertical professional communities — driving awareness, conversions, and brand trust. Conduct outreach using email, DMs, platforms, etc. Maintain an organized creator database with tiers, rates, and past performance.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate end-to-end influencer activations: briefs, product seeding, timelines, deliverables, and approvals. Support contract negotiation and ensure compliance. Manage logistics with the operations team.
- Relationship Management: Act as the day-to-day partner to creators and agencies. Provide guidance on messaging, talking points, and best practices. Foster long‑term relationships with high‑performing creators.
- Performance & Reporting: Track content performance including content quality, click sessions, engagement, reach, sentiment, ROI, CPV, and attributed revenue. Optimize influencers weekly based on performance signals. Deliver clear weekly and monthly reports to the Influencer Manager.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Work with Brand and Product Marketing on messaging and briefs. Partner with Paid Media for potential whitelisting or Ads. Collaborate with Marketing for creator testimonials and case studies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2-5 years in influencer, creator, or partnerships management, preferably in AI, tech, SaaS, or consumer electronics.
- Strong negotiation and long‑term partnership‑building skills.
- Understanding of local creator landscape and content trends.
- Strong execution, communication, and cross‑functional skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with basic analytics skills.
- Ability to leverage AI to enhance work efficiency.
