As an Account Manager, Demand Solutions, you will be part of our UK Demand team and help drive strategic relationships with our key DSP partners through a deep understanding of programmatic advertising and the Magnite platforms and solutions we offer. By selling premium programmatic deals (Curated Marketplaces and Auction Packages) for inventory packages across display, video, audio, CTV, and native, the Account Manager, Demand Solutions, will be laying the groundwork for future demand development across the DSP.

You will also support the UK agency sales teams with start-to-finish management of advertising campaigns, including best practices, brief recommendations, setup, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and reporting.

In this role you will:

  • Build, manage, and understand relationships with buyers across the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, agencies, publishers, and other 3rd party organisations.
  • Work internally with the Magnite demand, publisher, media planning, and product account teams to grow RTB Revenue, launching & troubleshooting campaigns.
  • Help build the business by creating campaign briefs, providing relevant insights, and solutions to meet clients’ needs.
  • Evangelise all buying techniques utilized through our programmatic infrastructure to buyers and build new business opportunities with the ability to sell to clients at all levels.
  • Creatively market new publisher inventory to buyer networks and drive publisher revenue.
  • Evaluate the rapidly evolving ad tech ecosystem for new ideas/opportunities to guide the company’s business strategy and growth.
  • Educate and train our client base on Magnite product solutions & inventory launches.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, respond promptly to customer needs, solicit customer feedback to improve service, provide service and assistance & meet commitments.
  • Provide end-of-campaign reports and insights to buyers.
  • Use independent judgment to identify methods and techniques that get results and contribute to the demand team’s goals.
  • Anticipate the needs of sales teams and the wider org, providing meaningful and actionable data insights and efficient processes and workflows.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years of experience working in digital media, with hands‑on experience and a deep understanding of programmatic and media.
  • A sales‑oriented way of thinking and focus on identifying new business opportunities by using knowledge and credibility to change customer behaviour and increase revenue.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to pitch and deliver presentations to key stakeholders at all levels.
  • An ability to be analytical and able to use data to drive better decisions and unlock revenue.
